1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of all Geof Star Developers products and services. Continued use constitutes your acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "User": Any individual or entity using our Services.
• "Services": All software, platforms, bots, and tools provided by Geof Star Developers.
• "QuickBee Bot": AI-powered Ethereum arbitrage bot using flash loans and mempool scanning.
• "Wallet": Your personal cryptocurrency wallet; you retain full control at all times.

3. Account Registration

To use certain Services (e.g., QuickBee), you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
• Be at least 18 years old.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Some Services require payment. You agree that:

• Subscription fees (e.g., QuickBee: $16.99/week, $56.99/month, $649.99/year) are non-refundable.
• Payments are processed via MTN, Airtel, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, or Ethereum.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
• All transactions are final; no refunds for bot performance or market conditions.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited activities include:

• Reverse engineering, hacking, or disrupting our systems.
• Using bots to abuse our platforms.
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal trading activities.
• Impersonating Geof Star Developers or its team.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, content, and technology are owned by Geof Star Developers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of our products.

7. Disclaimers

We provide our Services "as is" without warranties of any kind. Specifically:

• No Profit Guarantee: Trading involves risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• No Financial Advice: Our tools are for automation, not investment advice.
• Market Risks: Cryptocurrency markets are volatile. You alone bear all financial risk.
• Flash Loan Risks: While flash loans are secure, unprofitable trades are skipped automatically.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geof Star Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or crypto assets, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 6 months.

9. Referral Program

The referral program offers $10 per successful referral. A "successful referral" is a user who signs up and makes a qualifying deposit (minimum $35). Rewards are paid in USD via the same method as deposits. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the program at any time.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
